Subject: (Direct Referral) Communication from Mayor Mason submitting a veto of the Common Council's action on item 0305-19 amending Ord.00011-19, Part 9, as presented be amended to add the words "notwithstanding anything else contained herein, if a communication or ordinance is disapproved or received and filed by a standing committee, any alderperson may request the Common Council consider such communication or ordinance as follows:
(1) The clerk shall directly refer any such requests to the next Common Council meeting, consistent with the requirements of the Wisconsin open meeting law.
(2) Upon the affirmative vote of ten of the aldermanic members of the Common Council, the Common Council shall consider such communication or ordinance.
