Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 11-26-19: The Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer be signatory to the Professional Services Agreement for a Stormwater Information and Education Program as proposed by the Root-Pike WIN organization, which will meet the City’s stormwater permit requirements of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Further recommends that the City’s share of the cost to participate in the agreement is $6,875.00 for 2020 and $6,875.00 for 2021. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 11-26-19: The  Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer be signatory to the Professional Services Agreement for a Stormwater Information and Education Program as proposed by the Root-Pike WIN organization, which will meet the City’s stormwater permit requirements of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
