Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 12-10-19: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services agreement with AECOM, on Contract 20190151, PS - 2020 Pavement Inspection and Planning, AECOM, consultant.
The agreement is in the not-to-exceed amount of $85,000.00. Contingent upon written authorization by the City of Racine, compensation for “If Authorized” services shall be time and materials with a not-to-exceed amount of $21,800.00. Total compensation for authorized services and “if authorized” services shall not exceed $106,800.00.
Further recommends that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Org-Object 14001 - 52100, Professional Services.
