Title: Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason that the FY 2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan, including the 2020 Annual Action Plan, be approved and adopted. Recommendation of the CDBG Advisory Board on 12/7/20: That the 2020 - 2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the 2020 Annual Action Plan, be approved, and that the Director of City Development, or their designee, be authorized to submit the plan documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Fiscal Note: The Five-Year Consolidated Plan is a requirement for receipt of community development funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The plan anticipates receipt of $1,884,313 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), $536,337 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and $166,729 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding in 2020 and similar amounts in subsequent years.
