Pleasant for WisDOT Project ID: 1693-34-06 Lake Michigan Path Phase 4. Fiscal Note: The Village of Mt. Pleasant will reimburse the City of Racine the Village’s pro rata shares of the construction costs plus 15% for design engineering, contract and construction management services, at a not-to-exceed fee of $107,000 and any additional costs will be submitted to the Village for approval.
