Staff Recommendation to the Public Works and Services Committee on 02.28.23: That permission be granted to the Downtown Racine Corporation to close Ontario Street, State Street between Ontario Street and Main Street, Main Street from State Street to Sixth Street, Sixth Street from Main Street to City Hall, on Saturday, March 18, 2023, for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade with the following attached stipulations:
