Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 10.10.23: That the City be authorized and directed to sign the Amendment to the State/Municipal Agreement (SMA) for State Project ID: 2703-05-02/72, Howe Street Bridge B51-067. (6th Street over Howe Street). Fiscal Note: The new estimated total cost of the project is $389,000 for design and construction, with the City’s share being $78,600. This is an increase of $5,000 for the design portion of the project ($4,000 State/Fed and $1,000 City). Funding for the City share will be provided from the 2024 - 2033 Capital Improvement Program Budget.
