Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 10.10.23: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services agreement with GRAEF-USA, Inc. and WisDOT. Fiscal Note: Per the approved State Municipal Funding Agreement, funding for this project is an 80% cost share by WisDOT and a 20% cost share by the City of Racine, plus 100% City costs over the funding cap specified. Funding for the project is appropriated in the 2024-33 Capital Improvement Plan.
