Fiscal Note: Contract covers three grants: Maternal and Child Health-Grant #00548 $58,504, Childhood Lead-Grant #00549 $25,456, and Immunizations Program Agreements-Grant #00550 $31,940. Soft Match of $43,878 is required for the Maternal and Child Health Grant which will be covered by health department salaries. The other two grants have no match required.
