To amend Sec. 94-282(6) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Traffic and vehicles - Violations. The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 94-282(6) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the paragraph: ", excepting that no person shall park or allow to be parked any vehicle in the upper or lower levels of Uptown Parking Facility #5 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m." Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
