06-1489 A1.Request to close Hoffert Drive for Soap Box Derby.CommunicationSubject: Item 8 of February 8, 2006, communication from the President of Fast Cat Trucking, Inc. requesting to close off Hoffert Dr. along North Beach for the Racine Area Soap Box Derby. Recommendation: The Racine Area Soap Box Derby be granted permission to use Hoffert Drive for a rally on Saturday and Sunday, May 13 & 14, Saturday and Sunday, June 17 & 18, and Saturday and Sunday, September 9 & 10, 20065, with the following stipulations: A hold harmless agreement be executed; B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event; C.
