Recommendation: The proposed dock replacement be approved as submitted; and further recommends that since the proposed extension of the pier head line will not be a navigation hazard in Racine's harbor and the Board has no objections to its installation, the request to extend the pier head line from 25' to 30' be approved subject to consent of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources per Wis.
