Recommendation of the Transit and Parking Commission on 12-01-10: The 2011 extension of the Juror Parking Agreement with the Racine County Clerk of Courts be amended to increase the rate to $580 per month. Parking to include any street parking meter south of 7th Street with a minimum 4 hour time limit or any lot/ramp parking meter in the Downtown area with a minimum 4 hour time limit.
Further recommends that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Racine.
Fiscal Note: The agreement will generate $6,960 for the Parking System in 2011. | Recommended For Approval | |
