Finance & Personnel Committee's recommendation Recommendation: that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Racine County Economic Development Corporation for Brownfield's redevelopment services in 2006. Fiscal Note: The cost will be $55,000 that is budgeted through the Intergovernmental Sewer Revenue Sharing fund. Redevelopment Authority Recommendation: That, per Section 46-268, Racine Code of Ordinances, Sewer Revenue Sharing Funds be used for the contract and, as the Common Council has approved the contract, further recommends that the communication be received and filed. Fiscal Note: The contract is for $55,000.00. Funds are available in the Sewer Revenue Sharing account.
