Recommendation of the Community Development Committee on 10-27-16: That the request to use $250,000.00 of HOME funds to for the purpose of building a single-family house for sale to an eligible homebuyer at 1437 Owen Avenue be approved.
Further that the Mayor, City Clerk, and Director of City Development be authorized to execute a written agreement with the Housing Department consistent with its application and federal regulations.
