Recommendation of the Redevelopment Authority on 1-3-12: That the Authority supports the use of $55,000 from the Intergovernmental Revenue Sharing Fund for the renewal of the RCEDC brownfields initiative contract for 2012.
Further recommends that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into the agreement with RCEDC.
Further recommends that the proposed agreement be referred to the Finance and Personnel Committee of the Common Council for its review and approval.
Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 1-23-12: To approve the Racine County Economic Development Corporation's 2012 Brownfield Services contract with the City.
