Fiscal Note: The Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Housing (DOA-DOH), has proposed to maintain the HMIS for all recipients of Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding and similar grants. The (DOA-DOH) would be paid no more than 2% of the City's total ESG entitlement grant for the service (about $2,500.00).
