Res.06-6954 A5.PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION ON PROPOSED PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVINGResolutionFINAL RESOLUTION ON PROPOSED PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVING WHEREAS, the Public Works & Services Committee of the Common Council of the City of Racine, Wisconsin, held a public hearing at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 5:30 P.M. on the 14th day of March, 2006, for the purpose of hearing all interested persons concerning the preliminary resolution and report of the Commissioner of Public Works on the proposed improvement of: PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVING Connolly Avenue from Republic Avenue to Seventeenth Street. North Osborne Boulevard from Harrington Drive to Ravine Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Racine as follows: 1. That the report of the Commissioner of Public Works pertaining to the construction of the above described public improvements, including plans and specifications therefore, as modified, is hereby adopted and approved. 2.
