Recommendation of the Community Development Committee on 1-25-07: Allocate Racine's 2007 HOME Housing Investment Partnerships grant funds as shown in the attached table (Recommended 2007 HOME Allocation); authorize and direct the appropriate city officials to execute and submit the appropriate documents on the City's behalf to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to secure the City's 2007 HOME grant funds; and authorize the appropriate City officials to execute third-party contracts with agencies approved for use of the 2007 HOME grant funds.
