An ordinance to amend Division 2. - Parking Regulations of Chapter 94 - Traffic and Vehicles of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin.
The Common Council of the City of Racine, Wisconsin, do ordain as follows:
Part 1: Amend Sec. 94-145. - Parking prohibited between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; exceptions by adding the following subsection:
“(9) Within an area bounded by and including State Street to Seventh Street from Main Street to Grand Avenue, parking shall be permitted from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.”
Part 2:This ordinance shall take effect upon passage by a majority vote of the members-elect of the City Common Council and publication or posting as required by law.
