Recommendation: The property owner of 406 Main Street be granted permission to install two decorative columns which will extend into the public right-of-way with the stipulation that the columns not be adhered to the public sidewalk and that a hold harmless agreement be executed in accordance with State Statute 66.0425, Privileges in Street.
