To amend Sec. 70-90(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services - Parks and Recreation Areas; Animals Prohibited.
The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:
Part 1:
Sec. 70-90(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:
“(3) Root River and Lake Michigan Pathway, 10’ paved area only, in respective parks.”
Part 2:
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
