Further recommends that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement and related documents with HALO, Inc., for the HOME funds. Fiscal Note: This action allocates $319,200.00 in HOME Investment Partnership funds for the rehabilitation of a vacant eight-unit apartment building.
