To amend Sec. 50-125 - Fireworks Permit Requirements - of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin.
The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:
Part 1:
Section 50-125(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following to the last sentence: “which must be filed with the City Clerk’s office at least 30 days prior to said sales or distribution”.
Part 2:
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
