Subject: Communication from the General Manager of the Water Utility to the Racine Waterworks Commission requesting that the City of Racine and the Racine Waterworks Commission be authorized to enter into an agreement with the Twon of Somers and the Village of Mt. Pleasant regarding water service for the Shadow Wood subdivision and Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on the south side of the Village of Mt. Pleasant.
Recommendation: Recommends that the Waterworks Commission and the City of Racine enter into an agreement with the Town of Somers and the Village of Mt. Pleasant for water service to the Shadow Wood subdivision and Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home in the Village of Mt. Pleasant.
Fiscal Note: Residents of this subdivision will pay connection charges and be customers of the Racine Water Utility.
